Speichim Processing Beaufort

Helping industry to foster circular economies
We regenerate and transform solvents from the pharmaceutical, chemical, mechanical, paint and printing industry, including alcohols, varnish, paints, and ink. Speichim Processing Beaufort is also one of the rare facilities in France authorized to treat and recover waste and residue from hydrocarbons (such as white spirit).
Our solutions help to preserve natural resources and combat climate change. Regenerated solvents produce 80% less carbon emissions and can be reused in their original processes or channeled into new industrial uses. As such, we support our clients to bring about their environmental transition.

Protecting local wildlife
We roll out tangible initiatives to protect the environment, for example by creating meadows to attract insects, planting local species of hedgerow, keeping animals (such as protected species of bats and owls) at the farm on site, and partnering with Juras Nature Environnement (2022). We signed up to the Act4Nature initiative and joined EpE (Entreprises pour l'Environnement).

Closely monitoring water, air and biodiversity
We constantly take preventive action by analyzing retained water before releasing it into nature or treat it in a certified facility. We also monitor rain water, minimize water consumption and ensure the compliance of VOC emissions released from the washing tower.

Safeguarding teams and facilities
As we handle hazardous substances, safety is key. Harnessing the expertise of a QHSE (Quality Hygiene Safety Environment) risk prevention specialist, production staff carry out weekly and monthly safety rounds as well as all required regulatory checks.
We are proud to have sustained zero workplace accidents with lost time since 2007.

Mentoring with the Lycée agricole de Montmorot
We help rehabilitate and renovate a farm on our site that is home to a protected species of bat, and maintain vegetation in collaboration with the students from the lycée agricole de Montmorot.
